Try VW Heritage, I think they do rebuild kit for pierburg carbs

https://www.vwheritage.com/shop/type25- ... StartRow=1" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Not sure if this one is applicable for your van as you haven't said exactly what engine is in it and I'm not so great on the watercooled stuff as I run Aircooled, I think Brickwerks do them too ( https://www.brickwerks.co.uk/t3-parts/t ... m.html?p=1" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; ) so might be worth giving them a call as they would probably be able to advise you what you would need for a rebuild, or maybe point you in the direction of someone selling a complete unit

I just had a carb rebuild kit from a fleabay seller called Brickparts-UK for my Pierburg 2E carb, not at all impressed as it said it was to come with instructions but the only instructions included were on float levelling. After taking my carb apart and changing what I could work out myself I was still left with half the rebuild kit unused - thankfully the van started up fine but if you have not done one before I would be cautious about doing a carb rebuild yourself - I seemed to find loads of into on the pierburg 2E3 carbs but very little on my 2E :cry:

Still while it might not be a propa job I dont think Ive ruined anything so not all bad!
this is a hobby not a project, projects have a budget and timescale 😅
