a strange one?

this has happened 3 times now in recent weeks. on each occasion the vans been parked outside in 3 different locations during a heavy shower, when ive gone to start it a few hours later it wont have it, very reluctant to fire with the odd backfire, did it this morning after yesterdays heavy rain, came home this evening started fine and ran sweet. any ideas?

when was the last time the dizzy cap was off and cleaned out with wd40 and kitchen roll?
Go over all the HT leads too but a damp dizzy is more often the prob.. a lot of water runs down in the back and makes for a rather humid area.

Toomany toys is spot on, mine was the same, new dizzy cap and rotor arm and it hasn't done it since.

thanks chaps, hit the nail on the head as usual, a good rub down with wd40 seems to have improved things no end, new bits ordered & on the way
