steering wobble!

Get a very bad steering wobble on my T25 at 52mph and doesn't disappear the faster I go. Had the wheels balanced
equal pressure in both wheels, any ideas as to cure this wobble?

Or loose wheel nuts, buggered bearing, worn CV..
