paint blebbing

hi wondered if any one can help.theres patches on my van where the paints stared blebbing wot do i do to stop it going to far ? got photo but dont no how to post it.

''blebbing''??? Is that southern speak for bubbling?

If paint is bubbling then you must sand it down to bare metal. If the paint bubbles are large & you attack them with a screwdriver you are likely
to end up with a hole in the panel or seam. Treat the affected area with Kurust or similar type of anti- rust product. Use filler as required & the usual primer/top coat.

Admire your handywork quickly before rust shows again! :(
