well as long as the suspension pick ups etc are good then your mainly cosmetic, but to be done right is cut out and replace

Yes hopefully, the last pic of the nearside arch is the worst on the face of it . The rust is right through on that. The cab steps are crusty too so I think i'm going to be busy.
