Hi guys we question or two here I am replacing my tailgate with a shiny almost New one.I am going to be swapping window has anyone got a link to a vid to see how to do it myself .or any tips etc.also it's a early door going on but I have been told the glass is the same size to take off one and put on another.haven't got a new seal but the one that's on looks in Good condition.cheers guys and wish me luck. :?

Hi my window fitter had a suction handle on the inside pulling with me keeping the pressure on from outside I tried to fit it on my own frist but had no chance without the suction handle use cord inside the rubber n cross it over look on u tube lots of window fitting on there but u Carnot beat a pro if u get stuck

For £30 fit a new seal ,cut your old one off it will be past it and why risk a screen break,loosen and redo all 4 screw prior to removal and get help they are sort of heavy awkward.use/make new gaskets for behind and glue to hinge ,(easiest),
And post up picks so we get something to look at

Hi mate thanks for help. What screws are you talking about ?on my tailgate window?I don't see where screws would go on my new tailgate or even ones on my old one.now I'm really confused. Lol :?

Haha right I got you now.was meaning the actual window it's self the tailgate will be removed in 5mins just the window I'm not sure about :)

ah ,youve had the 4 screws all loosened then , thats lucky as often they get messy
