New radiator

Post by dogbreath100 »

Hello . A couple of years back I purchased a radiator
from euro car parts for around 30 pounds . It's been
stored in the garage since but it looks like the time
has arrived to change the old one . Did these
radiators require any modifications or was it just
bolt straight in . Thinking of doing it later and want
to have all the right parts available .

Well if it's a radiator for a T25 then it will fit.!
It's awkward and messy, but with patience you'll be ok

Mines still in the shed as well lol...Yes these were suitable for all models (the 1.9 petrol and NA diesels originally came with a slightly narrower core) but these rads are slightly up-rated to include all models...2.1 & turbo diesels.

I fitted one from Euro car parts a few month ago with no problems at all. Straight swap. I jacked the front of the van up to give me clearance to remove and replace the radiator and used new S/S hose clips. The old ones had rusted through.
