Hanging a t25 silencer off the rear valance

Post by mshaw1980 »

Hello

I am using the standard t25 exhaust silencer in my Subaru ej20 conversion but am wondering how to mount it. I cant find any metal exhaust straps that will go around the 18 inch diameter of the silencer. Can anyone help?

Duh!
Just realised I measured the circumference rather than diameter. Silly me.
Cheers

Aye, better to be mounted from the engine - that way it moves with it.

Anyone got any pictures of their exhaust being mounted off the alternator?
