Spinflo gas burner hob/grill (2 rings)

Hi
I have a splinflo hob/grill incorporated into the sink all in one type thing. Possibly the original.
Does anyone know that the temperature rating is on max for the grill is?
I am trying to explore other food. IE pizzas etc and would like to know if would have enough heat etc?

If the grill heat spreader glows orange I would say there's too much for a pizza
