Eberspacher where does this go..

Post by kervinmervin »

Ok this is dumb question, I took it apart too quickly and I'm missing the vital picture...but where does this go (next to thumb), there are no spare cables left to connect to so I've either lost one under the bed somewhere or its missing something else..

red/yellow/brown should go to the timer.
What controllers do you have?
What model heater?
Are both connectors with red/yellow/brown females? (they look as though they may be - if so there may be a missing extension piece)

To be honest I'm not sure which type, it's been on list my list to get working. I imagine it's original but not 100%, if so is it a 2300 model?

Controller pic below. The other pic shows the other 3 wires coming out the large connecting box. Just wanted to make sure I've not lost a wire. My attentions moving onto a leaky on off valve on the underslung gas tank and working out if I can replace it myself. Not quite been a Haynes refit so far!

Standard B2L then - as you don't have a timer fitted just ignore the wires/plugs. You can add a timer easily to one of them in the future if required. I don't know why you have two plugs though! You haven't 'lost' a connection!
