If somebody's bucket is open it's easy to get to their bucket from any photo they post :wink:

Also the camshaft is different. The DF has different valve timing, so just changing heads and externals won't necessarily make it go like a DG, I'm afraid.

If your dodgy dg has a late B suffix case, it's perfectly possible to convert it to 2.1 (I could put a kit together for you if needed) and run it on a Pierburg carb. But if budget is tight, probably best to run the df as Itchy said, whilst you just repair the DGs, perhaps making one good one from the two.

What sort of prices are we looking at for a kit, I assume dj crank, MV piston set and cam?
