Is this the correct oil for the gear box on a 1990 1.9 5sp p

Having read the wiki was going to order this but before I pulled the trigger wanted a final sense check that it was the correct type of oil.

that's fine, dual spec GL4 / GL5 is fine, old school G50 75w/90 GL4 4+ as per late eighties isn't really made these days, there are a few that specifically meet that spec but not many
