Bracket bolted onto wrong side?

Diesel/petrol cup error?
1985 Oettinger 3.2 Caravelle RHD syncro twin slider. SA Microbus bumpers, duplex winch system, ARC 7X15 period alloys

Lever on shaft not vertical!
1985 Oettinger 3.2 Caravelle RHD syncro twin slider. SA Microbus bumpers, duplex winch system, ARC 7X15 period alloys

It's the bloody flange! I bolted one to the wrong side of the bracket.

I had to undo everything. :cry:

Nice to see bellows. Incidentally you can use a corrugated oil filler (cut up) from Wilco. Guess how I know :D

:oops: So obvious I couldn't see it.

Very helpful thread - should be followed by anyone whose gear change is rough. Nicely put together as well. Just remember to make sure that you are doing it right for your particular T25...

Not all vans have the bellows. My 84 doesn't.
