Speakers
I'm after some speakers to enable me to listen to the radio, r4 and r2 which is a lot of spoken word. I've got a full bulkhead which keeps the noise down considerably and would like to mount the speakers in the corners behind my head and the pax head. Smaller the better if that's possible without losing to much quality/clarity. Any suggestions? Many thanks.
Why would the glass be anything other than half full?

Re: Speakers
I can't recommend any speakers other than those that tend to appear on boot sales from time to time (season is on now). However, I listen to a lot of speech-based stuff (mostly Tony Hancock) and I can hear those fine and my speakers are completely under the dash screwed on to the bulkhead. I've mentioned this before but although it seems an illogical place to put them, much gets bounced back towards you off the windscreen and you don't have to cut holes in door panels.
You do get a fair bit of external noise via the doors and other panels which is why I added a layer of aluminium bubble insulation. It made the inside warmer as well as cutting down outside noise considerably. You could add tweeters behind you which would at least 'crisp' up the sound. Most voice is around 1khz so something that would deal with that and higher would suffice. Even the cheapest speakers tend to be in that range.

Re: Speakers
Cheers Ralph, I am planning on putting some sound deadening material in there too which won't take much because my cabin area is a lot smaller than most due to the full bulkhead.
