Drop link Bushes

Post by crazymilk »

Hi all
Started swapping out my old perished drop link and arb bushes today.

The bottom ones no problem, the ARB ones no problems either however I came unstuck on the ones that are at the top of the drop link that join to the arb!!

How the hell do you get the old ones off and also the thought of getting the new ones on is not good either!!!

Any advise/tips would-be great

Warming them up helps with both removal and replacement

Warm it up and use lots of fairy liquid or grease if you have to.

Thanks again

Should I be taking the arb off and doing it off the van?

Definitely! Just 4 little bolts easily takes the arb off the van. Its all a bit of a wrestle from then on. As for old ones off, just Stanley knife them :-)
