Power steering hose route.

Big lumps of metals and spanners. Including servicing and fluids.

Power steering hose route.

Post by Smiffo »

Evening all.

I need a favour if possible - from anyone with an original hydraulic power steering system.
I have some of the bits turning up to convert mine and need to formulate the plan to install it.

Much of it I would imagine is self explanatory, but I'm not sure about the route the hoses take through the van from the pump end to the steering rack.

The Brickwerks feed hoses are made to length, so the route is crucial to make sure it reaches.!!

Thanks in advance :ok

Do you want a measurement or want to know the route they take?

The route specifically, but length too if you know them please, mate.
( I don't expect you to measure them though - looks like B works kit is cut to length anyway )

I found a YouTube vid of a LHD one - not sure if the same.

Cheers :ok

Top man bigJ.
The most important for me will be the route they leave the engine bay, I think.

Thanks again
