Hi guys new to the forum and looking for a project t25 to buy.
I have found one fairly local to me but requires welding of which I know nothing about so wondering if this would be a whole panel replacement or if it could be patched?

You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
see https://club8090.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=38&t=148940" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
yours will be at least as bad in the areas shown plus you have the dubious pleasure of at least one rear arm to do.
the areas shown have already been done once, rear arch replaced and maybe the side has an over sill fitted ,need to see the whole side, but either way will be even more of a problem now,
got picks of the other side and the other seams and front panel upper and lower , oh and where are you located
mm

Thanks for your replies, yeah I thought this might be the case obviously it's reflected in the price but think that's a bit much for me to deal with.
There's more photos on the listing - http://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/VW-T25-Aircoole ... nav=SEARCH" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
I'm located in Herefordshire and thanks seems a good forum to help me along the way.
Our trailing arms had done that too Good ones are very hard to find and extremely expensive ... and that's not talking about all the parts to rebuild them (bushes, brake parts that fall to bits as you try to undo them, etc etc) Then you start on the bodywork
