replacement cab sunroof tintop panel van

Post by Oliviad »

we bought our panel van in August and we are getting it conerted into a camper (keeping tintop roof). There is a sunroof in the cab which has been sealed shut due to a leak by the previous owner and we would like to get it to open (and re-seal it) or replace it but I can't seem to find a any replacements/ tips anywhere on the web - we are pretty new to all this - do we just have to but a generic sunroof and get it fitted (even if enlarging roof etc), or is there any where that sells ones specific for t25s? Ay pointers/ tips appreciated, thanks!

Have a look and see if there is any sign of a make on the glass or the handle, as are a huge range of sunroofs that could have been fitted.

There are plenty of companies that just sell rubber seals, with charts you can compare a bit of the old seal against.

Thank you for that. Our van has gone on to have the back fitted out as a camper but have decided to leave the cab well alone. We will have another look at the sunroof when we get it back in Feb. Thanks again!
