I'm not so sure. Aren't some of those pictures the joint between the front valence (?) and the bumper that constitutes the front crumple zone? It's difficult to tell as the images are taken so close to the van.

You could be right Could the OP perhaps put a copy of the estimate/quote up for us to see?

I hope these new panels were at least welded on, against being brazed in. when in bodge mode, who knows what's been done it's a real 'fred-in-his-shed' type job and I feel very sorry for you.
