I don't use a dehumidifier, these vans are so draughty and the dehumidifier tries to dry out our planets entire atmosphere.
I leave the night heater on for a few hours, after a wet dreary day, just to keep the damp out of the seats.

condensation will not form in the van if the hob is not lit... and nobody breathes in it

Dont forget to leave the heater air vent set to open so that the interior can "breathe" a bit.
It also means the inlet flap wont freeze shut in a sudden cold snap...
Just like the one on the SA did the other weekend, and the cable popped off the heater box

As an aside do we have to watch out for freezing water cracking pipes - does this happen with vans when it gets minus?? Should I drain the freshwater?? Just wondering..
