Header Tank pipe

Does anyone know the dimensions of the pipe which goes from the header tank to the expansion tank?

Been losing some coolant for a quite while now. Though engine running fine. I wonder if it's leaking from the header tank to the expansion tank tube, as it's a bit old looking.
