What is this part called?

Thin bits of metal and bright blue light. Including glass & trim.

Evening all.

You will see in a picture I found on google images - yes, the picture isn't my van - that the lower grille in the front is far longer / wider than usual.
I like the look of it.

I thought it was a modification, but have seen it a few times now.

Anyone know what year it is off of, or if it is an after-market item.
Basically, I am wondering where I would get one, but not even sure how to describe it. ( hence the photo. )

You can acheive a similar effect by installing driving lights. Check out campervanculture - they sell them.

After my recent spending spree, there is no way I am going to be able to justify that much....
It was a nice thought while it lasted though..!!

SA =South Africa
vw heratige were selling damaged ones cheap on ebay a while back but still going for alot
you can take two standard grills cut and join them to make a poor mans version, it doesn't wrap around the indicators.
