Which way round does the seal go on the sliding door?
Does that flap on the seal go to the back of the vehicle or front?

The flap :covers" the catch bolt at the rear edge.

Just checked mine that flap is at the front.That would explain why i have had to slam it pretty hard to get it to shut.Its brand new as well.Bliddy body shop replaced it for me when i had my van re sprayed a few months back.
