steering column blanking plate?

steering column blanking plate?

anyone know where to find the small postage stamp size blanking plate for a T25 - sits right in the middle of the steering column - tried most sources like FBI and VW wholeslae but no luck

I think that's part number 861957087, which seems to be available from VW Heritage. Their listing doesn't include the T25, but VAGCAT shows this part number in that location (part 4c in the image below).
