I have a 1.6td German import and it needs a new exhaust pipe from the turbo to the silencer. And I'm just wondering what this part dose?

yes, its a catalytic convertor. it will be stifeling your engine a fair bit, remove the whole J pipe and fit the standard part.

It's definitely going! But not looking forward to removing it turbo end them nuts & studs look very corroded. Nice weekend Challenge.

Up on the ramps now! plus gas all the nuts&bolts and the same tomorrow and hopefully Saturday morning it will all come apart?
All the things I remove always stay in the garage for a while just in case you never know!!
