Westfalia lpg tank knows and switches???

Post by Doug T »

Ok, I know I'm posting loads of questions, but we are new to this wedgie environment.
The Westie joker we have bought came with everything including an lpg tank (half full) that powers the fridge and cooker.
However I have no idea what all the knobs do and which way they should point.

Does anyone else have the same setup that could tell me which way everything should point to get things working???

Get yourself a copy of the user manual from the downloads page of the Westfalia info site here:

Thanks, think I've found a manual.
I tried the cooker to no gain earlier, but I wasn't holding the knob in (cue innuendo).
I'll give it another go tomorrow.

When it comes time to fill your gas tank again you will need one of these as the UK LPG pump won't fit the German fitting

I hope this helps.

The arrows point in the direction the gas will flow. In the photo it's going nowhere

Right, cookers working.
Not sure the fridge is.
Following the instructions with the valves in the correct position, the fridge just clicks as though it's trying to light.
