South African headlight conversion question

Post by fixitsteve »

Hi all,
Is it legal to wire the inner lights directly to the main beam so that all 4 lights operate at the same time, or do they have to be wired to a seperate switch.
I'm not sure of the law regarding this.
Thanks.

Mine are wired directly to the main beam, and they got through the MOT.

They are meant to come on with the main beam, just as the inner lights on a square light set up do.
