exhaust fitter

Post by amb1 »

Hello , can anyone advise on an exhaust supplier/ fitter in the Manchester area for my T25 ( I'm getting ridiculous quotes from local garages) Any advice greatly appreciated.

Evening, I'm probably going to get mine done in the near future and after recommendations from others on here I think a short trip to Gasure near Chester will be the way to go. If studs snap etc you'll be in the hands of someone who has had years of experience of such things. http://www.gasure.co.uk/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. I think Brickwerks fit them https://www.brickwerks.co.uk/index.php/workshop/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. I'm not far from you, where have you asked so far ?
I'm sure someone who's had theirs replaced will be along soon.

Thanks jrt, i'll try them tomorrow . I have just been trying garages local to me , I don't know if they are trying it on because its an older vehicle ( I know they are not cheap to buy , I've seen the prices in jk.) ,Maybe they are covering themselves in case of snapping bolts !

I brought one of these 3 years ago http://www.vwspeedshop.com/product.php?productid=16733" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and had Steve at Gasure fit it and am still very pleased it :ok
You`re only meant to blow the bloody doors

T25- you were only supposed to weld the bloody sills

I've had a quick look at some of my old posts and members on here have used Manchester Air Cooled http://www.macvw.co.uk/index.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;, works on wbx aswell. Let us know how you get on.
