Some of the pictures on the previous page got me worried , I wondered why your van looked so big , then I realised they were pictures from inside the house :rofl just one of those Doh moments .

Good news...
[img]http://i258.photobucket.com/albums/hh25 ... 88/Van.jpg[/img]

it has been somewhat longer than I hoped for. Now to sort out everything I need to rebuild it... the left wire goes to the red bolt in the square hole right?! :idea

Got my van back today! :D :D
I'm really happy with it. However, the finish is so good I feel I need to make sure everything else going back on to it is as good to match. It still needs plenty of work to get it back on to the roads and useable again. I think I may need to start making a list...

But here's some pics.

Dropped my fuel tank today to find the source of the smell... good news, it looks like the tank is good! The hoses are all very shot and my attempt at carefully lowering it was more a slow crash to the grounds in song have a clue how to get the breather pipes back on!

Managed to drop the fuel tank today and check why it smelt so strongly of petrol and pointed out when o filled it! Image

Also, do you think I can tighten this back up, or is it a new stud job?

Smosh, how much did you end up paying for your bodywork. Looks like a proper job was done there.

£4k They did do a good job. A lot of rust was cut out, however, they could have gone further. They welded a few panels rather then replaced them. I am happy with the end result though.
