Genuine Autohomes buddy seat?

This is a picture of the buddy seat which came with the van. I don't want it in my van so I am going to sell it. I want to advertise it honestly so I'm wondering if anybody can tell me if it's a genuine Autohomes one or if it's a DIY job (if it's DIY it's a damn good job). Many thanks.
