Oil filler question
I recently did an engine oil change, I'm sure that I read somewhere that the filler, behind the number plate, is telescopic. Is that the case? Mine looks like it should be but doesn't move.

It is supposed to telescope outwards.

The inner should slide out of the outer, two thumbs in the tube to grip it then pull up. (that's what I do in this context, out of context I don't know!
