1z idle

Anything common on 1z for lumpy idle? No smoke or anything just sometimes lumpy on idle. No codes. ? Just wandered if anyone else had before? Was thinking pump?doesent do it all the time

Loose cambelt screw on mainshaft or pump head if electric.
