Rear Bumper, advice please?

Hello,

I am after some advice please, my T25 rear bumper needs repairing, i have checked a couple sites on line with different prices for a full bumper, does anyone know if there are any original bumpers around? i have seen a fibre glass bumper for around £100, but a garage by my home said they do not fit correctly?? they have quoted me £280 plus vat! any advice on what i should be paying for a complete rear bumper and do they fit correctly? thank you

don't think theres any new original bumpers around,i repaired mine and had them powdercoated look great.the aftermarket bumpers are ok used them in the past 80-100 quid new inc end caps

I've seen a couple of vans with stainless steel ones. They got them made - lack the gentle curve but look great and don't need painting. Basically a U-shaped channel.

genuine black back bumpers with the rubber bump strip are afaik still available from classic parts, I think Brickwerks have them in stock and the rubber strip and clips
