can anyone help got got the sliding door mec jambed on my t25 unable to open door

Hi there,
How much does the door open by?
If it opens a little but does not slide, then it might be the roller bearings, be careful as one of the rollers is in-cased in a housing this can wear with time and split. when it splits it will mean that you door is likely to fall off when you open it! - This happened to mine about 2 weeks ago! luckily you can by a roller bearing kit from brickwerks if this is the case!

Don't know if you still need help - if it is the rear catch that isn't opening you can move the catch around off from the pin from the inside with a screwdriver, under the plastic flap that keeps little fingers out of the catch. You will need to check if the operating rod/cable inside the door is actually moving the catch to see if that is the reason for non-opening.
