Electric help

Hi all

I am putting back my t25 interior and I am try to add a few improvements and I am complete novice when it comes to electrics

I have a new leisure battery that is going under the passenger seat and the main starter is of course under the drivers seat.

I have a split charge kit that I believe I will need to run from the small blue wire on the back of the alternator the rest looks pretty straight forward...OK No problem there.

My aim os to run 2 x small LED spots, the stereo head unit, amp and a cigarette female plug thingy from the leisure battery.

This is the part I am stuck on, from the leisure battery.
What do I need (fuse box ect ) to be able to connect these items to the leisure battery?

This what I have come up with so far however I am unsure about the earth's on the toggle switch and the LED's

The earth on the toggle switch is not necessary.
You are switching 12v to the LEDs which each have their own earth.

Apart from that does it look OK?
I assume that the live feed runs to the fuse box and them splits from there to the various ancillaries?

Yes - something like this is ideal for this kind of application. It has a single feed from the battery, and then lots of fused take-offs. This particular one also has LED indicators to show you if a fuse has blown.



Cheaper fuse boxes often have separate supply connections for every circuit, such as you might have for your main vehicle fuse box, but the common supply type above is much better for a leisure setup. Just make sure the supply cable has a high enough rating to allow for all of your leisure circuits to be running at once (add up all the current draw values).
