These do indeed look smart. Any ideas on a supplier?

They're available here. £46 for the pair, plus an unknown amount of shipping - they do look nice. The advert doesn't mention bulb plates, so I imagine they'll only fit the Hella bulb plates.

Indeed .... and to be honest even 10 watt bulbs look rather dull. I don't think the reflector/lenses are very efficient...PS still haven't checked that wiper motor. lol
