Hi broke down on m5. Struggled to pull away then back firing. Just pulled over any ideas / advice

Going back to your post yesterday, after checking the top up tank, did you check the main coolant tank inside the engine compartment? Was it full up? Get your breakdown guy to check this out for you. If there was a severe lack of coolant, you may now have a seized engine.

Main coolant was fine although the other one had lost coolant. I'm running again now. Traffic really slow. Filled up the one b3hind flap. The engine was popping and struggling for power. Pulled up and seems to be okay for now !!!!

Keep an eye on you tank levels and while running make sure you keep an eye on the temp gauge and led , if it starts rising fast and the LED starts flashing , pull over ASAP
