Hi there,
New to Club and VW T25.
Have recently purchased a 1985 Carvelle from Peter at Wagon Build and I am very pleased with the purchase. In the process of building an interior and would like to make an Overhead Storage Locker.
Fairly happy to build and scribe in but wondering how to fix to roof. The Carvelle has nice original Headlining and do not want to damage more than I have to - Any pointers greatly appreciated.

Re: T25 Overhead Locker Fitting
I assume you're talking about the area over the engine cover, at the back of the van? Most overhead lockers have one end bolted to the wardrobe at the side, and the other end fixes to the inside of the roof. If you feel around the headlining, you'll see that the roof is double-skinned for a few inches all round (be careful!). You can fix self-tappers into this area, but obviously this will leave screw holes in the headlining, if you take the cupboard out at a later date. If you don't have a wardrobe, you can fix it to the roof at both ends - but make sure you're drilling in the right place!
