Looks very good Dan . Have you routed the cable through the B pilar ? Or just got it passing through the sliding door gap and rubber seal ?

I'd bought a pair of LED lights from flea bay months ago (can't remember how much, £18 for the pair I think) I made a simple bracket from thin galvanised sheet and mounted the light to it. I've now powder coated it and added a gel pad to the foot so it doesn't scratch the B pillar.

I mounted a power socket at the top of the B-Pillar (inside), teed it off the courtesy light circuit.
It simply hooks on the gutter and I plug it in.

If needed It'll also hang inside if we need that much light. I plan on putting a socket in the engine bay so it'll be a handy light in there if needs be.
I used it for the first time in anger at Bus Types, very pleased, It throws out plenty of light,
