wiring underneath vehicle
I seem to remember someone posting about how they ran their wiring from the starter battery to the leisure battery going from the bottom of one battery box and coming up through the other,I have mine running underneath the carpet and have never been happy with it,is just a matter of drilling a hole in the bottom of the battery box fitting a grommet and running across underneath and drilling another hole in the battery box and coming up through there?

Basically yes, but be very careful you don't drill into the petrol tank

^WHS

I managed to push a bit of thin plastic conduit across the top of the tank and used it as a 'draw wire' of sorts.
Also make sure that the leisure battery is secured and cannot slide left/right. You don't want it to move and potentially pinch the +12v cable or smash the grommet.
The only slightly fiddly bit was doing the nut up on the bottom of the grommet, bit of a knuckle scrapper !?!
