Fitting roof tent to roof rack

Recently got a Hannibal roof tent and trying to figure out best way to mount it to roof rack on the van...

Its got no mounting rails on the bottom, just ply wood. Thinking of using either this:



But would mean quite a few more holes in the plywood to fix it...

Ideally I'd use the rail below but cant seem to either a) find out what they are called and b) get hold of one, probably because of A



Any one know what these are called and where I can find one?

Now that is the same as the "primetech" rail that is on the rooftent I got from syncropaddy. He bought it from sportsshop.de and they claim to have spare parts available. I wanted to get some replacements too but again, without a catalogue or a part description its a tricky one...
