near side radius rod stuck in
Well I have just changed the drivers side radius rod bushes, took a bit of pressure to undo the rod but all is sorted, unlike the passenger side which is stuck, have tried using a jack on the spanner but is just will not shift, is there some magic way of making it shift any? as only other thing can think of is grinding it off and using an impact gun on it which I don't want to do as a new one will be days getting here.

Apart from a good soaking with diesel and a bit of warmth, I used a Ferguson Tractor spanner, which is a beast of a 1+1/16inch open ender. (Many vintage tractor enthusiasts have one) I made an extension bar for the spanner out of a couple of feet of angle iron, put it under a lot of tension, then shocked it with a lump hammer. It was good to see it move, because at that stage I was all out of tricks.
1.9D (AEF) pop-top. Aaaaahhhhh........that's better.

If you can root out a scaffolder, scafeze shifts anything. Not cheap but makes plusgas look like water.
