Ordering parts from Classic in Germany :(

Post by silverbullet »

Disappointment again...I wanted a nice shiney new tacho to replace one which has a cracked & araldited back cover. They did have petrol tachos in at a bargain price, just got an email to say that they are now NLA. Looks like someone has cleared the shelves... Would have been £114 on my doorstep :(

I've always found it much more straight forward to get brickwerks to add it on a order. Normally works out the same price.

Sometimes I do ask at BW, sometimes I sort myself out. I cant be pestering Simon and Michael over every last thing. However you can't buy what they aint got, at any price!

Ive been quite lucky lately, i got the last inner sill, the last upper lower front panel (german not SA) and the last square grill. :D obviously they may have another run, but I'm feeling quite good about it at the moment!

Think I had the last inner sill chap as someone on here was trying to buy it after yours was fitted.

Needless to say I ended selling it back to a German instead
