Hi all, still a bit of a newbie knowledge wise. Anyway I have van off road to renovate, restore and learn the vehicle. Now the dumbass question, pulled the cab rubber mats up, what is the filler cap on the left of the passenger side footwell for? Yes I have ordered a Haynes. Cheers.

It's where the secret boost fuel is added , it makes the van into an intergalactic space cruiser capable of time travel . Fuel is only available from GSF every other tuesdsy before 10am , good luck and fasten your seatbelt . :ok

Their cable brakes so you don't need fluid then one day the peddle went down to the floor and I new the cables had snapped :rofl then on closer inspection and some lovely forum members I was told only the rear brakes were cable and the fronts were hydraulic so you take the speedo cover off and fill it up,now the speedo is very slow to move :rollin then I serched the Internet and found you fill the brake fluid up by taking the cover off the that covers the speedo and the rear brakes are hydraulic aswell :ok have fun with your toy hope you have deeeeeep pockets :run

They should only be filled half-way. If you brim them, they stay on all the time.
