Does your battery have enough charge? My propex will only blow cold if my battery is low.

WHS ^^^ Ebers need a very healthy battery and sound wiring to work correctly. Try temporarily connecting up a known good battery (off a mates car / van) to it and see if it fires up well then. Make VERY sure you put the +ve and -ve leads on the right way around as some batteries have them the other way round.
Got a new van, but it's a 165bhp T4 [shock horror] Accurate LPG Station map here

Agree with this - I had this problem at the weekend and a friend of mine told me (bumface on here) that if the battery is even slightly down it wont fire up.

I ran the engine temporarily to get the voltage up and the heater sprang into life :)

Fridge can be the same, need a decent voltage to get the ignitor to respond.

Just run your engine...the increased charge voltage should be enough to see if this is your problem or something else.
Its also worth checking the micro fuse in the control relay, if they blow the fan only works on cold.
