ok so alloy wheels for T25s

Post by busbuddy »

now I'm new to T25s having just liberated a T25 karmann gipsy back from germany
most of you seem to have 17" or 18" wheels but I have a set of 19s and 20s wheels in my possession which will fit on the bus
has anyone else fitted these sizes, any special problems I should know about??

I will probably go with the 19s coz our zephyr looks better on the 20s

b realy carefull as as far as i know you will have some clearance issues with 19 's 1 other van i know of with 19s on had loads of probs with ofset and rubbing it took boddy mods (roll the arches) and some big spacers to get em in , pcd for t3/t25 112 offset 35 ,if the wheels are thick then youl need stud conversion kit and longer press in for the rear .
try the brickyard for both !

my rears are 255 40 17... fit nice in the body with et 30 9x17 wheels no spacers... still clear the door too...

ive some 19" tyres if anyone is thinking of fitting 19s to their van..
WHY T3's.... because they are just so adictive, and having one just aint enough
