Those are Mercedes wheels. Possibly from a 90's E Class

'90 Syncro Hightop. Ex-BUPA/Rowan ambulance with 2.0L GTI power and some curious windows.

Evening Andy.
About 5.5% smaller rolling circumference than the standard 185R14C tyres ... and as your speedo already OVER READS by 8- 10% from the factory, it means at an indicated 70mph your true SatNav speed could be as low as 60mph and with a corresponding rise is engine revs.
Just a heads up.
