It would be helpful to know your engine number, some engine components tend to get revised during the lifetime of a given engine code. There are two part numbers for the cambelt repair kit:

028 198 119 B Repair kit for toothed belt with tensioning roller >> 1Z 289 575
028 198 119 C Repair kit for toothed belt with tensioning roller 1Z 289 576 >>

(IIRC they changed the tensioner design)

Alternator and PAS setup (and part numbers) would have varied depending on the original fitment, so you would need to know the donor model/age to reliably look up part numbers. You could simply measure the PAS belt and get the correct size Gates or whatever.

By return fuel hose do you mean the inject leak-off hose or the return from pump to filter ? For leak-off hose, only get the correct hose from VW or contact Brickwerks as I think they are now carrying some OK stuff.

If you're lucky the sticker is still n the cambelt cover. Biggish white one with a barcode on. Failing that on side of block, under where water pipe manifold exits the head :ok

Regarding the alternator bolt and PAS belt, you need to be clear if you have the JX (v-belt) or the TDI (ribbed belt) setup as they're completely different. Possibly you have the JX accessory setup on your 1Z. You may find what you're looking for here:
