Devon bellow replacement - side opening

Hi,

I've been offered a set of good condition second hand bellows to replace mine. How difficult is it to fit them without removing the roof? I am presuming it is a case of drill out rivets and replace with new ones, is this the case?

Yep it is as easy as that, I'm fairly certain there is a thread about it on here somewhere.
The top tip is fix the upper ones first .
