Help with my interior in / near Lancashire / North West

Post by themagician »

Well, this is my first post so I apologise if I am asking the obvious or something which has been asked before! :oops:

I did have a search of the forums and have fired off a few emails to some places in Lancs, all of whom have said pretty much the same thing - that they make and / or fit interiors but don't do bits and pieces.

So, I am after finding somewhere that I can go to have these bits and pieces done.. I need a new fridge fitting as my original 3 way one seems to have given up on me (I have a California interior). or I guess repairing if it's something and nothing. I need a new roof canvas fitting (I have a Westfalia pop top). There's others on the list too, but these are top at the minute.

Thanks for reading, and any suggestions as to anywhere I can go to get things like this done would be great as I'm hitting a brick wall at the minute! :ok

http://campervanculture.com/2014/08/fit ... of-canvas/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

seems perfect for you , they supply & offer fitting... perhaps they can help installing a fridge or point you in right direction.

I was trying to find an installer for a new Truma Combi 6D, if you find someone willing & competent please do let me know :)

I'd love to use them, but it's too far to travel from Lancs.
It'd be OK for a one off job but there's a multitude of things I want doing as and when I have the spare cash.

Not sure if this is one of the companies you already asked but I had an interior fitted by them and they were very good and helpful ;-) Based in Burscough ;-)

Thanks for your suggestion Dave.. They were one of the companies I emailed as I thought they might be able to help.

They replied saying that they only make and fit interiors for customers rather than doing one off smaller jobs.

Thanks again though :ok

I would have thought that any company that services & repairs caravans will sort your fridge problem, not sure about your pop top though, perhaps one could point you in the right direction.
